  • Ashley Smith

    Instructor

Ashley began her Pilates journey in the summer of 2017 when she joined the Club Pilates teacher training. Although not new to fitness and exercise, she discovered Pilates is a completely different world from other fitness modalities. What she loves most about Pilates is that it is accessible to ALL fitness levels and ages. She prides herself in having "tough classes" that will leave you tired and invigorated all at the same time. Overweight and self-conscious as a teenager, Ashley knows the difference between leading an unhealthy and a healthy lifestyle. She would love to show you the difference, too! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her hubby of 8 years, cooking, and dance cardio. "You only regret the workouts you don't do"

  • Kim Kerby-Dickman

    Instructor

I have always had a passion for sports, activities and fitness-especially lifetime activities. While working in the Kinesiology dept. of a college, I have taught classes in almost every area of fitness. With a background of dance , aerobic exercise became very popular. Then, when Pilates made its debut, it was evident that this area could benefit, support and prolong the health of every person who took classes. I have enjoyed learning, practicing, and teaching the many areas the make up Pilates. I believe that there is a Pilates class for everyone.

  • Sherry Truett-Jones

    Instructor

Sherry Truett-Jones, a native Texan, is a life long competitor. Her athletic background includes softball, basketball, and track. She is a 2000 graduate from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Business Management. Fitness has always been part of her life and she is passionate about sharing it with others by leading energetic, challenging and fun classes. Having earned her Personal Training and Group Fitness certification in 2004, she has been teaching individual and group fitness ever since. Always trying different fitness classes, she fell in love with Pilates after trying a class 5 years ago, really noticing the definition and strength in her core. She is dedicated to helping others (both athletes and non- athletes alike) discover the benefits of consistently practicing Pilates. Her favorite aspect of Pilates is the mind, body, and breath connection. She really enjoys watching that “light bulb” moment when people slow down the movement of the exercise and feel that connection. Completion of the Club Pilates Teacher Training 500-hour Comprehensive Educational Program, has and will continue to allow Sherry to hone her craft and add multiple dimensions to her training repertoire. Her ability to connect personally with her clients makes her one of the best! “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness” – Joseph Pilates

  • Rebekka Reynolds

    Insructor

Rebekka has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years and became a Certified Pilates Instructor via the Club Pilates Instructor Program. She originally became introduced to Pilates via a DVD while trying to find a workout regiment from home. While training for a marathon 3 years ago she injured her foot and rehabbed through Pilates. At that time Rebekka decided to pursue becoming an instructor as a career path. She recommends Pilates to everyone, regardless of their fitness goals, injuries or ailments and loves having the opportunity to assist others in achieving their personal fitness goals. Rebekka and her husband live in North Richland Hills along with her four human children and two, four legged children. Her favorite Joseph Pilates quote is "above all, learn to breathe correctly" as she has seen the most results in Pilates due to the mind body connection of the practice.
